Before requesting your appointment:

• Please be sure to select the correct service for your pet. If you’re unsure which service to choose, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to help!

• If you would like to request a specific groomer, please include their name in the appointment/ticket notes. We’ll do our best to accommodate groomer requests based on availability.

• All appointments booked online require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable when canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your appointment.
